Social conservatives must take a stand. “He’s not a democrat” is not enough reason to vote for someone. Rudy is a horrible human being. He went to court to force his wife to let his mistress sleep in the house that she and his children were living in! His wife had to worry about her son running into Rudy’s mistress leaving the Mayor’s Mansion on his way to school.

If you’re a lifelong Long Islander, you may be right. I never thought those pampered Nassau and Suffolk wusses were any too tough.

But don’t tell me we city boys couldn’t handle ourselves.

That makes me feel so much better for. I guess I can not jettison my principles over the wall then.

It may not mean anything to either of you, but Fierce is a friend of mine, and I know he is not trolling.

I hate to see him getting banned every time he doesn’t agree with someone. But that seems to be the normal around here anymore.

It means a lot to me. I know he’s not a democrat, and you know him much better than me.

Thanks for adding to the thread. It IS important.

Lawn Guyland boys aren't tough.

Not even Alec Baldwin?

Wish I could get Jim Rob to see how Fierce is being treated by mods who obviously are taking sides. Fierce was being baited by others, and then suspended when he fights for what he believes in.

You can call me whatever you wish, but I will not be supporting or voting for any abortion rights, gay rights, illegal alien rights, gun grabbing liberal under any circumstances whatsoever. Rudy does not deserve conservative support, does not want it and will not get it.

Jim, I won't call you anything but a fine man to whom I owe much. You're the Rush of the internet. I may agree with many of your positions regarding Rudy, but for now, until someone better comes along, my goal is to beat the Democrats and Hillary. Rudy is results oriented and that's what I like about him. I don't see any candidate among the front runners who is tougher on issues you mentioned - and I sure as heck will vote for the R candidate - for this year it's anyone but Hillary. Rudy is RESULTS oriented - look at his performance in NY. I'm concerned about the state of the world and the Islamofacists. Disappointed with Bush and Iraq performance - so to me this is a different type of year.

Jim, we just may have to agree to disagree if Rudy gets the R nomination. I'll be voting for the R nominee in the General Election as I'll have to move out of the country if Hillary is elected. I can't take 8 years of another Clintonista/Marxist.

Hope you enjoyed the Fort Hood visit. We're going to do it in a couple of weeks. Thanks for all and my warmest regards. Thanks again for serving our country. We owe you much.

For all I know, you're a fat, bald, middle-aged creep. In fact, there's a better than average chance that you are. Doesn't mean your opinion isn't valid, right?

Not even close.

Why are you taking this personally? We KNOW who the harpies are. They have admitted it in the past. Are you "protesting too much"?

I totally agree...I respect the “pure as the driven snow” conservatives here and understand their point of view, but I want to defeat Hillary in 08, and I think Giuliani can do that. The reason we now have stretch Pelosi making a fool of herself in Syria and undercutting the war is because people wanted to “teach the Republicans a lesson.” I don’t think we can afford to be so self-righteous at the moment...I’d rather play a little “realpolitik” and stay alive, thank you very much. That said, I would be really happy to see Duncan Hunter or Fred Thompson win the primary, but I just don’t see that happening, as much as people here might wish for it.

Amen, JR. You got that right.

Rudy is seen as an individual who will "beat Hillary"......... but only by those who exist in a complete moral and intellectual vacuum.

Rudy Rooters should try to remember not everyone is as vacuous as they are.

Liz, one of the things that really FROSTS me about these Rudy Republicans and elites is the way they are so hateful to people of faith and conservatives in general.

They seem to have no problem with kicking them from the party.

Probably most of those that serve in our military to allow the country club, cocktail slurping harpies the security they so desire are the men, woman and children from all over America that believe in GOD and country. These are the most valiant, and committed fighters in this war.

Their desire to kick them out and disenfranchise them from a party that has given them a home to vote and a reason to fight is remarkable.

I am not sure that they “just do not care”, but with the moral bankruptcy they seem to be so proud of, it could be that they “haven’t given it a second thought”.

I have a kid in the military. When I see a poster saying they will leave this country if they do not get their way.
I say GET OUT NOW. Why wait?

I won’t be having my son fighting or shedding his blood for selfish ego eccentric bastards or moonbats.

“It is not his intention to run a good campaign, but to destroy the Republican Party. He must be stopped.”

He’s a little late to that party, others have already done a damned good job of it.

His political grave is now dug and when he flames out in the GOP primaries, expect to see him "lash out" at "the extremist right" for "hijacking the primaries".

You're probably right. I do hope to see it.
