The one who has been suspiciously quiet is Hillary. And she’s still getting reamed by the far left for supporting the war to begin with.

That said, not a good way to garner support, Rudy.

I've heard him say this sort of thing before, and it wasn't in an arrogant way; it was simply acknowledging that people have a right to make their choice, that he's putting himself and his abilities on the table, and everyone has a right to accept it or reject what he has to offer - it wasn't flip, like this makes it sound.

This type of attitude is what Republicans pray for from Bush, from the Republicans in Congress, from all Republican politicians. And what we almost never get.

It is the attitude that we need for the war and elsewhere.

It’s how he behaved against the Left, the UN, the media in NYC. Why he was despised by the Left.

Republicans should stand up and cheer.

Too bad some are so blinded.

Your comments to me on this thread show exactly what kind of person you are. I must remind you of someone who you can’t get back at anymore.

How do you figure? I have been quite active with people in Tennessee on the Fred Thompson movement. Giuliani is not helping the GOP. The sooner people realize that, the better off the party will be.

The world is littered with ‘refreshing’ ideas:

I was talking about politicians who reveal who they really are, not a company that sells biodegradable boxes.

"Basically, I agree with Rudy on one single issue. And since I'm not a single issue voter, I can't vote for him."

Word.

Go elect somebody then; stop trashing our other candidates.

Since when did conservatives believe this? Rudy would impose his brand of "moralism" (or lack of it) on all of us.

Well said, as it falls upon the deaf (and bought and paid for ears). LOL.

Your thesis breaks down on the fact that Giuliani is showing the qualities you’re praising in defense of LIBERALISM.

"If that's [abortion] real important to you, if that's the most important thing, I'm comfortable with the fact that you won't vote for me," the former mayor said.

I will NEVER vote for Rudy. And since he's comfortable with that. I'm comfortable with it too.

So all you rudybots out there, don't blame me when the democrats take the white house after you coronate the cross dresser to be the standard bearer for the Republican party. Rudy doesn't want our votes, so he's not going to get them. Not in the primary and not in the general.

Without the support of the Pro-Life crowd, no republican can possibly be elected president. We vote. We vote in large numbers and every Republican candidate up until now has counted on that vote to win or to even compete. Without it, Rudy does not stand a chance. And since he doesn't want it, he's not going to get it.

So everyone who is busy pushing Rudy's candidacy right now is in essence pushing the Republicans to a landslide electoral loss next November.

If there is any state in the Union that a Republican can carry without the votes of the pro-life I'd like to know which one it is.

And if you think I'm going to vote for Rudy simply because his opponent is Hillary, think again, America is a democracy and America will get the kind of government it deserves. If the Republicans nominate an un-repentant Abortion proponent as the Republican standard bearer, then God will give America the government it deserves. Bank on it.

Are you under the impression that anybody on this web site gives one rat’s butt what you think of them or their opinions?

If so, dissuade yourself of that thought immediately.

And you’re not important enough to “get back at.”

Have you watched the MSM interview Rudy? All they do is ask “gotcha” questions. Then pick and choose what they print to make sure R’s get p..ssed off.

You fell for it. The MSM want HILLARY/Obama Osama Hussein and if they have their way, you’ll not vote for the nominee and Presto: Hillary is president. The don’t ask “gotcha” questions of “their” candidates. It’s all peaches and cream.

Wake UP America - don’t let the MSM get their candidate

Alright then, I won’t vote for him. I really hadn’t planned on it anyway, but I’m glad he’s giving me permission. That makes me feel better about not voting for a lib. </sarc>

If you don't like my views, don't vote for me.

We won't and you just wrote off millions of votes from pro-lifers, Christians and social conservatives.

Hubris at its finest. Wonder how much money he’s willing to waste at this point, since he’s pretty much toast.

Fred Thompson should use this as an opportunity to declare his candidacy. The contrast couldn’t be greater.
