The Texas Senate Website has a video of the Islamic invocation today at http://www.senate.state.tx.us/avarchive/?yr=2007 Click on the date (4/4/07) next to Senate Session. It takes place right after roll call.
I think that's another way of saying...
Guiseppe Pisanu, Interior Minister of Italy, announced that security forces prevented two Islamic terrorist attacks, scheduled to occur directly prior to the upcoming Italian elections. One attack targeted the Milan subway system; the second was aimed at Bolognas 14th century Basilica of San Petronio, whose circa 1415 fresco of The Last Judgement by Giovanni da Modena
visualizes an uncomplimentary final fate for the Prophet Mohammed: bound to a rock in Hell, being clawed by demons.
Mahound has been getting whats coming to him in Bologna for nearly six centuries so far, whether his infatuated and fanatical disciples like it or not, and it seems that the artists of Christendom, in Italy at least (if not in Borders) will continue to be able to express their opinions of the prophet for some time to come.

We previously published another image of the painting. And we too have consigned Mohammed to Hell (Ã la Dante and Gustave Doré), just go to our right column button links and click:
I guess this is only fair since the saudis opened their legislation sessions with the prayer by a Baptist preacher...oh wait never mind..
Idolatry... in Texas politics
Why do you find it unbelievable? If it happens in France, Germany and the UK, it will happen in Minnesota and Texas and someday in the US Congress.
We look with disdain on what is happening in Europe and we refer to them as surrender monkeys because theyre giving in to Muslim demands. Just remember that Europe is only a few years ahead of us in their submission to Islam.
Its not that Islam is strong, it is that we are weak and afraid to stand up to Islam. Remember that we now live in a multi-cultural society where the minority is always right.
Lord only knows what he was screaming.
Then Florence Shapiro (R-Plano) spent Senate time praising this jerk who had just told her and the entire Texas Senate that they were infidels worshiping the wrong god.
What fools we have amongst us.
This is disgusting! We need to do something about this before we end up like Britain, where I just heard that they will no longer teach about the Holocaust in their schools in case it offends Muslims or anyone else. What a crock!
>Oh, Allah, guide us to the straight path, the path of those whom you have favored, not of those who have earned your wrath, or those who have lost the way...<
And guess who those who have earned his wrath, or those who have lost the way are? And Texans stood still for this? The imam must have been soooooo amused!
This sh$t makes me want to puke.
Senator Jane Nelson will hear from me on this one....what a bunch of jackasses we have elected.
I could be mistaken but didn't the Islamatics just build the biggest mosque in the US somewhere in Texas?
Letter to Jane Nelson and the Lt. Gov...Have you people lost your minds having an islamic cleric praying to start a senate session?
Do you have any idea what he said? I suspect he called you idiots and infidels.. the idiot part he got right.
As a Republican and Veteran I am disgusted with your performance in particular and the Senate as a whole for allowing this to occur in our capital building.
I had no idea....I don’t know whether to scream or just sit here and weep.
Skip Duhurst (R) (as in Skip the Lt. Govs name on election ballots) said that there is nothing odd about this. Never mind that this is Holy Week for Christians and is the last session.
Oh no, nothing odd at all. This means that it will be fine when the chaplain &/or rabbi gives the invocation during Ramadan. Right?
Actually, it would be better put as
Hey Mohammed!
GO TO HELL!
Jesus
since Allah is their name for God.
You don’t have to be from Texas to give ‘em a call of protest!
LIsten to the praise this guy received after his never-ending goat-bleating from this Shapiro woman about how great he is and that they proudly have over 100 members of the Texas Muslim congregation in attendance (400,000-500,000 per her estimation). I wonder if she is going to track the imam down and see if she can be one of his wives. Sickening, just sickening.
Did they realize in Texas that this is Holy Week for the MAJORITY religion of this nation? I would expect this here in MN, but not in Texas.
“Like inviting a wolf to be a keynote speaker at a sheep convention.”
Well put!
