When New York did a "Gay Life Now" issue in 2001, only seven of the forty prominent New York gays asked to pose for the cover were willing. Those big shots may have been gay, and they may have been out, but it just wouldn't do for them to be gay and out on the cover of a magazine. "There was a time when the closet was a necessary safe haven," our pal Maer Roshan, who edited the issue, wrote in an angry 2,000-word essay. "But now, it exists as an anachronistic monument to shame. It's time for our public figures to stop hiding in there — and for journalists to stop helping them." Six years and a month later, maybe at least that second part has come true. Here's a first glimpse at the cover of Out magazine's "50 Most Powerful Gay Men and Women in America" issue. (Click here for a larger image.) Those are models holding Jodie Foster and Anderson Cooper masks on the cover. Neither, of course, would appear themselves.

It amazes me that these writers think that anyone who doesn’t go around blaring their sexuality is somehow ashamed. I’ve never once discussed my sexuality with anyone outside of my friends and family, but that doesn’t mean I’m ashamed of who I am.
OTOH, when they let him out we can always tell him she's boinking Hillary!™...

Gary Ridgway - aka theThe Green River Killer.
Joel Rifkin - murdered 17 women in the New York City and Long Island area.
Paul John Knowles - raped and murdered 18 people.
Charles Manson - most famous for his participation in the Tate-LaBianca murders of the late 1960s.
Dennis Rader - aka the BTK Killer; killed 10 people over 20 years.
Richard Ramirez - aka the Night Stalker; terrorized Los Angeles in 1984 and 1985.

Lots of Brian’s on that list. Jodie Foster has never ‘come out’ so whether she’s gay or not is for debate.
I wasn't necessarily implying a connection between gayness and Islam ( I have heard otherwise though, haha ), I was simply saying I'm SICK TO DEATH of hearing about GAY stuff all the time. Islam is another thing I'm SICK of hearing about.

Why?), Britney Spears (hasn't had an album in how many years?), Jessica (I don't sing any more, I'm a huckster on Home Shopping Network) Simpson. Every other no-talent forgettable hack that we are forced to put up with as a defining aspect of our culture.
8. The Beatles. This group was popular almost a HALF CENTURY ago!
9. Sports. I'm sick of hearing about half-educated 20-somethings that make more money in a year than 99.9999% of the population will make in several lifetimes for doing something completely insignificant like playing a game.
10. TV, radio, magazine, etc commercials that make men either bumbling morons or evil child molesters. This also applies to movies, TV shows, etc etc.
11. Global Warming
12. Every action movie with a special tactical assault team (or something along these lines) always has a 115 lb. badass female as a member. She will also be one of the few that survives till the end. I'm tired of BUTT KICKIN' CHICKS !!!!! Give me Rambo and The Terminator, not Charlie's Angels ! !

14. Breast Cancer Awareness and those damned pink ribbons.
15. Women's Heart disease. It's the #1 killer of women. We need special research and funding for this cause. I see advertisements all over the place for this. There is even a red dress symbol, just like breast cancer has the pink bow. However..... HEART DISEASE IS ALSO THE NUMBER ONE KILLER OF MEN, TOO ! ! ! !
16. Rosie O'Donnell, Cindy Sheehan, Donald Trump, Sean Penn and all the other people that shouldn't get any publicity at all if it weren't for hacks like Greta Van Susteren.
17. Speaking of Greta, I'm sick of every nationally publicized missing person story always has to be about an attractive, white, middle to upper middle class female. Don't black girls and guys go missing, too?????
18. Whenever some freak kills his wife in a nation of 300 million, it makes the national news. Why not report other murders, rapes, robberies, etc????? Why focus on the "evil husband kills poor wife" thing ALL THE DAMNED TIME????

22. Every time the media has to interview somebody in the military, it's always a black female or some Navy cook. If you looked at the media, you would think the entire military is comprised of single mothers or guys with cheesy mustaches! Why not put some hard-chargin' Rangers or Infantry/Armor/Artillery/Combat Engineer types on TV every once in a while?

Most of the movies these days are those annoying CGI cartoons or kiddie movies!
Meet the Robinsons, Happy Feet, Night at the Museum, Ice Age, Shrek Shrek and more Shrek, Scooby Doo, etc etc etc. I'm sick of kids stuff all the time everywhere I go.
And for that, I admire her. It's no one's business, but her own.
