Hi - sorry I have not checked in earlier but I had my dinner and felt very tired and so decided to have a nap before going on line and have only just woken up.

Current news when the doctors did their round this morning they decided against the endoscopy because his stomach was softer so the flatulence tube seems to be doing the job. They sent him for 2 more normal Xrays to double check things.

We also had further complications that his potassium level was low overnight so before anything else could be done this had to be corrected.

Now they want to monitor the potassium level and stomach for 2 days and if they remain stable for 2 days they will operate on Thursday or Friday.

Oh, there you are! I'm so sorry snugs, that I didn't know that your Dad was having a problem. No surprise there since I'm not around much any more. I find life getting more and more busy for me all the time. Either that, or old age is making it seem that way.

Dear, I want to say THANK YOU for the wonderful "gift" that I received today. You are something else girl. Miss Emma is going to enjoy the candy, and I have already sneaked a bite or two. The egg holders are simply beautiful. I will treasure them. Thank you so very much for your thoughtfulness and the effort you put into the "surprises" for me. I love you for it.
