Don't agree. ABA has nothing to do with this. The NC bar is pretty pissed. Looks like at least a suspension, a lengthy one, or perhaps even disbarment.

We the people's question is: "Is the NC bar pissed because of this big bumbling ice berg (Nifong)threatening the navigation lanes in the NC ocean of Jurisprudence, or because they are afraid that we the people will discover that Nifong is merely the tiny tip of that ice berg?
