It was an animal print that made big news. She looked awful and arrived late to a Kennedy party where Mrs. Bush was asked to leave after cocktails and Hillary arrived for dinner. Remember now? Very early in the Presidency...I think.
I wrote to Caroline as hostess and told her off and to Mrs. Bush and explained what I really thought of the Kennedys. I got a polite reply. I guess she and “W” didn’t listen, or care, since they have continued to let the Kennedys **** on them over and over.
