Cabin Fever is RIGHT.
I decided to jump right back into outdoor sports/activity after the long honker down winter and now homeboud with a herniated disk.
IOW I was an idiot not to gradually work up to physical agility.
WOW.
Where is the dang CNN helicopters when ya really need one, normally they seem to be ON the scene everywhere.
