Oh wow! I am sorry that you had to go through that. That's a major surgery.

Are you serious? I just had mine taken out three weeks ago too! Hope they were able to do yours laparoscopically. I have five small marks/incisions and that's it. It wasn't too bad. I was in the hospital for less than 72 hours. Now we can eat whatever we want cuz no gall bladder will ever get in the way anymore! :O)
I just saw that you mentioned that on one of the Gathering of Eagles thread, and that's the reason you weren't in DC on March 17 for the GOE. We were looking for you that weekend, but admittedly, there were so many people around, it was difficult to find one another without cell phones.
Anyway, I'm so glad to hear you are OK and have a clean bill of health, FRiend! :o)
