Not a bad idea. float the idea to Hollywood celebrities that their children might get Leprosy from illegals and then watch them fall over one another to promote the idea of a border fence.

Dengue is less likely to be caused by the warming temperatures than it is to be caused by the banning of DDT.

And everyone is supposed to know, without saying it, that man has caused it.

I like the way the writer has both migrants and tourists from the U.S. being equally responsible for bringing the disease to Mexico.

Migrants and tourists — including the many thousands of Americans expected for spring break this year — carry new strains of the virus across national borders, where mosquitoes can spread the disease.

Well, then, the solution is obvious, isn't it? I'm keeping my germs home this year.

Why anyone would prop up a third world hellhole like Mexico with their travel dollars is beyond me.

Okay, I try not to get into conspiracy theories, but it unnerves me so when more and more land is claimed for wetlands, and I can understand the reasoning behind, but I can't help but think that they want to kill humans; as these are mosquito breeding grounds!

And, yes, by all means, lets bring back DDT.

Well hells bells, lets invite the uneducated unwashed freaks here. Let's make a special case to bring them all here to take advantage of our health care system.

"The global solution to dengue outbreaks is mosquito control, and faltering eradication efforts, together with climate change, probably share blame for dengue's rise in the Americas, Kuri said.

A successful eradication program in Latin America in the 1960s sent the disease into remission, but economic crises and government downsizing sapped those efforts over the next two decades. Some countries reported severe outbreaks in the 1980s, and by the 1990s, dengue began a regional resurgence. "
Problem: Dengue Fever

Solution: DDT

What he said! It apparently worked in the 60s
