So, join me in answering the call of righteousness.
I pray that God will work miracles in both of these lives, and that He will show Himself as the mighty God that He is. God is no respecter of persons, and it doesn't matter who they are, however because they are both well known, their healing could impact people all over the world. I want to see God show up and show out and make His name glorious!
For the Edwards family, the Snow family and the many families whose names aren't known to us, prayer is the only medicine most of us can offer against this dreadful diagnosis.
We are well advised to do so.
Amen. We are to hate sin, not hate sinners. There's nothing wrong with any sinner spiritually or physically that a miracle can't cure. (We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God!)
And God is in the miracle business.
Thank you for posting! Cancer is the great equalizer. Elizabeth Edwards and her family are in my prayers always. May God keep Mrs. Edwards and her family in the palm of his hand as she fights this terrible disease. My father had colon cancer and I would not wish cancer on any family, no matter what their belief system is. The Edwards family is in my prayers.
I join with you in your prayer for the Edwards family. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.
She is in my prayers. I was heartsick for them.
I've prayed for Mrs. Edwards and her family, and I will continue to do so. What good are we as decent human beings and/or Christians if we aren't willing to walk the walk of compassion and goodness.
Prayer bump
I agree and I have. Blessings!!!
Good idea...
Tho I do not agree with her politics, I do pray for her full healing. Cancer is an ugly vicious disease, and would not wish it on my true worst enemy.
Elizabeth Edwards is not my enemy. Neither is her husband, however much I may disagree with his politics and find disgust with his profession. I wish only the best for both of them. It is only the 'tolerant' people such as liberals and Muslims who wish for bad things to befall those with whom they disagree.
Good on you for starting this thread. I'll add my prayers to this.
Frankly, I think the Israeli's should kill enough Palestinians until they scream UNCLE.
Love thy neighbor? I guess it depends on the situation, however a good blood letting can often be the moral choice.
Very good idea. I've already prayed for her and her family privately, now I will pray for them in a more public forum. The fact that she has young children tears at my heart. I wish them peace and strength in the days ahead.
She's not my enemy. She's someone with whom I disagree about a lot of things, probably.
