There is still some arguing amongst the various medical teams as to which problem to deal with first the stomach or the broken limbs. At present medical is winning as the anesthetist does not want to put him under until the stomach is much flatter and therefore more room in the chest cavity for breathing.
He is back on food so unlikely he will be operated on tomorrow. So I suspect they want to get his bowels working with normal food and drink etc over the weekend to probably think of operating on Monday. I think we will know more when the surgical team visits him today(tomorrow) which could mean another night visit as the doctors were constantly visiting him during the night yesterday.
