They should do their jobs, I agree. However, it is a despicable myth that there is no difference between Republicans and Democrats, and we are seeing the fruits of those who buy that myth ripening now. I just hope our country survives the tantrum.

When I see "hate crime" legislation not only NOT removed from the books but actually advanced further during a republican administration that has the support of a republican house and senate.

When I see the biggest government giveaway take place on a republican administration's watch with support from that same house and senate.

When I see our country being invaded by god only knows who (the government sure as heck doesn't know), and a republican administration not only refuses to do anything more than pay lip service to stopping it (and in actuality wants to enhance it by providing amnesty to the invaders).
