Iran's Secret Plan if Attacked Codenamed "Judgment Day"
WorldNetDaily ^ | April 29, 2006

Posted on 03/29/2007 8:51:40 AM PDT by Fennie

According to information gleaned from a senior source in the Iranian armed forces joint chief of staff, logistical support for the groups that would participate in the plan comes from Brigadier General Qassim Suleimani of the Revolutionary Guards al Quds Brigades. "Most of Iran's visitors in the last four months, including the heads of Hezbollah cells in the Persian Gulf and Europe and North America were asked, when they met with the Iranian intelligence minister and his aides: Are you ready to defend the Islamic revolution? "If you agree to take part in the great Jihad, what would you need to be ready for the great fight?...

"We love you, Cousins, but the fact is without the US you would lost WWII, and quite possibly WWI as well."

I don't deny, the russians could also make that claim. However, there never would have been a world war two at that time had we not stood up to them. The threat would have got even worse.

"Now, the problem seems to be you've virtually NO significant military power left"

That's false, our military, while not the force it once was, is still one of the top militaries on the planet.

"If 100% - or even a substantial majority - of the British saw us as allies and were with us, I'd say "OK, no problem, send along what you've got and we're damned glad to have you" but increasingly it looks like most Brits see us as more the enemy than the Iranians. Blair is with us, but barely, and has held us back from doing things as timely and as aggressively as we thought right."

You are being misled by the media, and the discontented minority. The majority of brits are very glad to have you as an ally.

Blair hasn't held you back, he's been by your side when decisions have been made, and almost unanimously supportive of those decisions.

"Now, British sailors and marines docilely perform on Iranian video while HM Government dithers and sputters."

While Mr Presidents government have said they'd respond in a near identical way.

What the hell do you expect us to do?

Start a war?

Have patience and be realistic for once. Their are British lives at risk, and we certainly aren't going in all guns blazing while they have our sailors captive, as it would result in the murder of everyone of them.

That's already been done. It would be your task to end it.

good for them -- at least they have some balls.

You mean -- they won't negotiate with us -- agree not to attack our most sensitive cultural and religious targets, and provide money and aid to our most effective units to pretend to be our friends while secretly plotting to kill us?

You mean -- they will actually use every means available to hit us whereever they can without mercy or regard? Wow -- I wish we would do that!

Oh please!

We would have shot down Flight93 in a New York minute if that plane got into forbidden airspace over the beltway.

We're talking about an out-of-control regime terrorizing the entire Middle East, Israel and western civilization.

Can you imagine Napolean or Alexander the Great being cited for not attacking an enemy over fifteen hostages?

Man, I gotta sue that company. They've ruined my screen name. "Head On" used to be a pretty cool macho-type name, as in meeting opposition head on. Now, all I get is stupid ad graphics....

No harm done. I can take a joke - right between the eyes...

Have a great weekend, you two.

I bet any real attack upon Iran will be the signal for Iranian & sympathizer sleeper cells, if any, to go full throttle and cause a hell storm of frenzied attacks against the allied nations. We may as well go for it and get it over with before they have more manpower in the allied nations...

Eventually it will just happen, hopefully while we still have the upper hand...

Ah but what do I know, I just test firmware and take care of my family...

Not familiar with the story you cite. However, if Britain had fallen shortly after France, as it easily could have, things would have been very difficult for the US.

Well, the story is exactly what you described. The result? America's Atlantic Carrier fleet grows even bigger. It's 1947 before the war ends. And it ends with the B-36's (with a special mod, prop + jet engines) dropping 100+ nukes (1945-1947 was busy for the nuclear industry) on Germany.

North Korea took our sailors (USS Pueblo) hostage in 1968 and held them for most of a year, torturing them savagely.

We eventually apologized for "accidentally" invading their territory and got our men back. We took no major military action against NK then or later.

We behaved similarly when Iran took our diplomats(!) hostage.

Let's not be too hard on the Brits for not being tougher than we've been willing to be.

Although I must admit I would prefer a Palmerston or T. Roosevelt type approach.

Why hasn't anyone screamed about the Iranians trespassing into Iraqi waters where they kidnapped the Brits?

Important Questions #4989132 that the MSM will never get around to asking.

I won't argue further about WWII viz a viz the relative contributions of the Russians and the US, other than to point out had the US not aided you in 1940, the war would have been over before the attack on the Soviet Union - who knows what the world would look like now. Point is, however, you were punching above your weight, in 1939 and even in 1914 (except at sea). The Russian contribution in the Great War was only to ensure what should have remained a regional Serbian/Austrian conflict turned into a world war.

The UK military, such as it is, is man for man as good as anyone's. True. But, how many ships, planes and divisions have you? Fewer than you need to be taken seriously as a great power, especially as a conventional great power. Russia, China and India are more powerful, as is probably Israel. You still have a seat at the top table by American choice. Unfortunately, we are the only great Western power left.

I hope you're right about the majority of the British, that's certainly not the impression we get over here these days. Your media is as anti-American as the frogs and the krauts!

Have patience and be realistic for once. Their are British lives at risk, and we certainly aren't going in all guns blazing while they have our sailors captive, as it would result in the murder of everyone of them

I understand the sentiment, but are the lives of 15 service members, who've taken the Queen's shilling after all, worth the humiliation of Britain? I would have thought you English were made of sterner stuff. No one wants their people killed, especially prisoners. But, if a power does that, then you retaliate. The deterrent to the murder of prisoners is not a diplomatic demarche, its the certain knowledge that those who do it will end up dead.

What the hell do you expect us to do?
Start a war?

Well, actually, under accepted norms of international law, the Iranians have already started a war. The only question is whether Britain will make the Iranians pay for it.

What I'd have Britain do is callthe Iranian ambassador in and tell him the following:

1. You have 12 hours to return our people and their equipment to British Control.
2. If they are not returned by such time, you will be provided with your passports and transported home.
3. After the end of the 12 hours, the Iranian gasoline refining facilities and petroleum storage facilities are subject to destruction.
4. If any of the British hostages are harmed in any way, we will use what the Americans call "national strategic means" to ensure your government no longer troubles the earth.

And then do what has to be done.

Cool. I hadn't thought of those guys in YEARS. IIRC, they played at one of my High School Homecoming parties in the mid 70's.

Thanks!

I'm afraid you're right......I have all the respect in the world for the British....all the respect, but the sad truth is that they broke themselves on the rocks of WWI, wiping out almost an entire generation of brave, bright, young Englishmen. Whatever they had left, they used up in WWII fighting the Nazis while we (the U.S.) took our time entering into the fight.

That being said, Thank you Britian for not taking so long to rush to our side when trouble was brewing.

May God still smile on your nation.
