Just wait, A51, until Fred declares. Then ol' Rudy's gonna be begging Fred for a cabinet post. ;-) WEll IF Fred decides to run and IF he wins the nomination then I will believe it and I will vote for him in the general election. But until he stops playing "BEG ME TO RUN" and gets in the race - I'll believe it when I see it.

I'm getting a little tired of this coy attitude, too. Either crap or get off the pot.

Just wait...
At this point, I think he's at least waiting for the Paul Harvey gig to end, and for the Law and Order season finale. So mid-May probably.

Well IF Fred decides to run and IF he wins the nomination then I will believe it and I will vote for him in the general election. But until he stops playing "BEG ME TO RUN" and gets in the race - I'll believe it when I see it. Solid! I might even be persuaded to vote for Fred in the primary IF he actually runs and gives all of us good reasons to vote for him. I just do not like the game he and Newt are playing - reminds me too much of Hillary!'s desire to be anointed rather than earn the nomination.

(May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.)

"Beg me to run" - perfect. Just what he seems to be doing. I could be wrong, but right now it don't look that way.

Isn't all the hype about Fred coming from Howard Baker and Trent Lott?
