RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) - Iran's foreign minister says Britain must admit that its 15 sailors and marines entered Iranian waters for the standoff to be resolved.

you and I agree, it's simply up to blair to determine the next move..grovel, or fight and screw world opinion..
The Iranians are playing chess, and Tony Blair is just figuring out how to play checkers.
I would guess tobacco consumtion in general is fairly high in muslim countries, as they are in other third world countries. The more hardcore jihadist factions are, however, less forgiving.
I remember reading accounts of when Zarqawi took over Fallujah that one of the first things he did was to outlaw smoking.
Americans are getting either kidnapped and killed almost every day in Iraq. Quite a few of the insurgents doing the killing came from neighboring countries. Also, some of the Shiite sects causing civil unrest also have ties to Iran. Looks like the Iranians incited this incident to ratchet hostilities up a notch. They now are making it clear where a lot of the killing and kidnapping inside Iraq is coming from. Been unclassified for awhile and now the whole world knows.
That was still appeasement. We should have threatened military action.
Time to say,,,we are who we are,,,and you are who you are..
The Iranian government sucks. Oh, I'm sorry, didn't mean to offend.
Ping.
They are for real. Sky News put them up every night.
Cheers.
In a way, if it turns out the are mistreated, it might actually rouse the Lion, though I doubt it. I have truly lost any confidence in Britian's ability to pull out of this decline.
Well, my best guess is that the Iranians will regret this. I don't believe that the West will knuckle under to the trivial nation of Iran, which is in the unenviable strategic position of having inferior forces which are surrounded. We have recently moved even more substantial forces into the area.
I don't believe that we will see another 444 day absurdity play out again. Neither President Bush nor Prime Minister Blair resemble the ineffectual President Carter when it comes to the Middle East.
Confessions from captured hostages who have not been allowed access to impartial observers is not chess. More like gangster tactics. Is that not 'obvious' ?
Tuco: When you have to shoot, shoot, don't talk. ...
If history is to be a guide, that previous hostage crisis eventually even forced that pacifist Carter to take military action.
This s**t has GOT TO STOP. The Iranians are classic bullies. They won't stop until they get punched in the nose.
Come on, Tony. Grow a pair. Invoke Article V.
>Iranian mullahs want and need war.<
You are right! Ahmadinejad wants immediate Armagedon so Mohammad's 12th son, Mahdi, will "come up out of the well", and the Muzzies can take over the entire world. No kidding! That is the goal these fanatics! I think Russia, their chief supplier of arms and nuke materials, is using them to do the Commie's dirty work, too. And when it is done, Iran will be knocked off, and the New World Order, abject Communism, will be ushered into reality. There is more to all this than meets the eye, as you are perfectly aware.
What action, military or otherwise?
He hit a rabbit over the head with an oar...I didn't know it belonged to the USN. LOL!
