Some rather large CT schools on the list. However, I notice that hardly any of the schools here in the Naugatuck Valley are on the list.
What can I say about this area...socialist, but conservative.

Ah, so you are in the Fat, Dunkin' Donuts loving, yoon-yun sticker on the Chevy part of Connecticut, rather than Fairfield County.
For me, Connecticut is Fairfield and Litchfield Counties. Everyplace else might as well be Michigan. ;-)

Hopefully they aren't participating. However, Torrington isn't on the list, and I can't guarantee they shouldn't be. Just a hunch.
