Yeah, I get tired of the Rudy FRiberals tactics. They forget they are talking to conservatives. We can tell the difference between fine wine and Ripple. Like this thread. Meant to be deceptive, to make it look like Rush is endorsing Rudy. In the end, if Rudy is up against Hillary, she will probably win. Maybe that is what they really want. They like to call us racist, bigoted, and hypocritical because we don't feel Rudy represents us. Liberal tactics from FRiberals. Nothing new here.
You have your own *ignore* function which you are free to use. Perhaps you would like the Fred Thomson threads? There are a lot of those!
Instead of wishing for what you don't have why not just avoid threads that are obviously pro-Rudy? It's really that simple. The intent of Rudy supporters is to dicuss their candidate, however I question the intent of you and those of the same mentality... you know the type without a candidate, but complains incessantly about those who do.
Typical liberal response. Wanting the government to solve your problems.
Ping a man and you ping him for a day. Teach a man to ping and you ping him for a lifetime.
Never a truer word was written
The MSM is pushing Rudy as hard as they can. They want him to be nominated, then as soon as he is they will begin to hammer socially conservative Christian voters with the real truth about Rudy, which is of course that he's about as far on the liberal side as anyone can get on social and moral issues. Another side of Rudy that the MSM will no doubt play up for all it's worth is his anti-gun activism as NYC mayor such as the baseless harassment lawsuits designed to bankrupt the American firearms industry with legal expenses and drive it out of business. That tactic has already been successful on several of the smaller gun manufacturers. They will also harp on his outspoken support for Clinton's assault weapons ban and the Brady Bill. The total membership of all four of the major gun rights organizations is well over 5 million, and they are almost all single issue voters. Can a Republican nominee win without a large percentage of those 5 million votes?
Or a more pertinent question, can Rudy win without most of those 5 million plus another 5-10 million hard core SOCON votes? Bush won by about a 3 million vote margin last time, and I don't see Rudy getting any more votes than he did.
