I have to say, drafting Fred Thompson and him getting the nomination and winning the general election will be the thing that get's the Republican Party out of it's current nose dive.
I can see a whole lot of wide appeal enthusiasm support if Fred runs, and I don't care what the Rudy bots have to say.

I have to agree with you on that, PITW.
Also, I take heart in knowing that the Dims will continue their irreversible slide into the huge gaping maw of leftist failure and,between that and Thompson running, we should be fine.....juuuuuuust fine.
In short, I don't see a Dim president in 08. I have faith.

That and Hillary getting the RAT nomination may motivate Rs, Independents and even some RATS to get to the polls and vote for Fred.
