I didn't realize that it was announced that her cancer was actually incurable! I had a friend who had battled breast cancer for three years. Once it moved to her bones, she only lived for another couple of years, and was frail for much of that time.

I don't think Mrs. Edwards will have very much time left. I'm sure she wants to live as long as she can for her young children, but if she undergoes the necessary chemo and radiation, she will be debilitated a lot of that time. I can't believe Edwards has decided NOT to be with her for that time.What, he can't wait a few years, and have those years WITH his wife and children not surrounded by the flotsam and jetsam of a political campaign? I just don't understand this attitude.

They did not make the decision I hope I would make in the same situation. I would choose time with family - esp. those children - while their mom is still fairly able bodied. Running for President is more than a full time job. I hear what they said about John wanting to serve his country, but I think serving his family should be first at this time.

It is quite foolish to believe you can campaign with Stage IV cancer (and that is her stage) and do chemo and radiation. Believe me I know.

As I have professed before RUSH even can on the stage, the Liberals/Commies/ Bolshvicks/ etc. have an inherent drive/desire for their philosophy this is more important than even their family lives. NEVER forget this & understand the ENEMY - IT IS WITHIN.
