Bill who? What a "major" endorsement this is. What other prominent figures are going to come out and endorse Rudy? Maybe Rodney King? Kato Kaelin? Howard K. Stern?
I guess given that RINO Rudy dropped eight points and behind McCain in the last NH poll, he is pulling out all the stops.
