Iraqi WMD Mystery Solved
FrontPageMagazine ^ | March 2, 2006

Posted on 03/24/2007 11:52:58 AM PDT by Fennie

It has been confirmed across the board that 18-wheelers were seen going into Syria before the war, crossing the border soon after Iraqi intelligence replaced the border guards and cleared nearby areas for their passage. The trucks with the weapons were tracked to three locations in Syria and Lebanon's Bekaa Valley. Sources I have spoken with that have seen satellite photos of the movements confirm that the WMD in Syria are at military bases, while the ones in Lebanon are buried...

I'm so sick of hearing this crap.

If it happened, and there is every reason to believe it did, get someone the hell over there and get them.

If not, I don't want to hear about it, it just guts me up that they will get away with it.

Shhh.....there are no WMD's in Iraq. Remember? It's all a lie to attack and remove Sadaam.

Agreed. Its due to "news" such as this being posted on frontpage that I don't bother to go to the site. Its the "new" newsmax or debekka.

Exactly, tired of hearing the rumor, but if true, we should have gone into Syria and Lebannon and to get the WMD, we sure as hell, don't want them there.

Unfortunately the powers in Washington too, timid to do that.

And the British Marines in Iran, I think we ought to go in and get them.

But then again, I am just a stupid redneck, gun toting, Freeper, LOL!

Indeed, it's a non-issue unless someone in Washington has the stones to go in and get them. Guess Bush would rather be called a liar than brave.

If we don't get them back VERY soon, then I'm all for that.

I'm sick and tired of the islamo facist iranian regime.

I actually believe the story, but then I'm left with this question. If it was very important to take down Saddam because of them, why is it not equally important to take down Assad because of them?

If this is true, why wouldn't we do anything about it?
We are itchingt for a reason to kick the asses of those we know are working against us in the ME and just ignore evidence that reporters have at their fingertips.
It just doesn't make sense. Bush has been beaten up too bad over the WMD stockpiles to now let them sit in enemy hands.

What purpose are you serving by posting this which is over a year old?

Welcome to FR.

That first sentence is NOT a rhetorical question.

Ya'll can say what you want, but Debka DID report this, and DID have aerial pics of the convoys.

Why it was pulled is beyond me. I sent them an email asking that question, and they never replied.

:O)

This stuff is old news at least 3-4 years old. These are probably the initial drop and storage points from before the war.

By now the sites have been changed and items dispersed to other locals. Going in to extract or secure them would be rather useless at this pont.
