Give me a break. You can't "recruit" someone to be gay; I have homosexual friends, but I am no no way tempted to have gay sex. You would have to be a pretty big moron to be gay because you saw it on TV. From most of the homosexuals I have met, I get the impression that most would much rather be straight, and that homosexuality only complicates things. So I seriously doubt that anyone is holding "recruitment drives" or that people are being recruited.

I think if you asked an insider who knows all the gossip to tally up all the Congressmen/women who are gay, you might get a count of 6-10.

And it's a little surprising considering the lure of Congress coupled with the toll it takes on a family.
