"Ah so its ok to just flagrantly wander into another countries waters, and kidnap foreign soldiers to question them? Ah no. Its not.

You got things in reverse.

It's not the British who captured Iranian soldiers wandering in British waters, it's British soldiers who wandered (for whatever purpose we still don't know. Maybe spying?) in Iranian territorial integrity.

Where have you seen that? All reports show that Iranian vessels went into Iraqi water and took the British soldiers, who were on a routine patrol.

Source, please? Everything I've read so far says that the Brits were picked up in Iraqi waters.

Um. The IRANIANS entered IRAQI international waters, thus breaking international law.
