LOL. Exactly.
They want him to love them and leave them too?
Yes, we keep hearing about that. I don't think any serious observers of politics are expecting to see much movement in those quarters, with the exception of Thompson who could only benefit if he were to actually announce.
Exactly. But the ragers just want to pretend that women are stupid voters while the men, who seemingly would vote for McCain in equal numbers, are brilliant. No wonder this place has turned into a joke. The analysis here is getting dumber by the day.
Liberals grab guns. Liberals support "hate crimes" laws. Liberals sue gun manufacturers. Liberals sue tobacco companies. Liberals give aid and comfort to illegal aliens. Liberals like gov't money spent on abortions. Liberals believe global warming is a man made crisis. Liberals believe that you can screw with the 4th amendment.
Rudy isn't a liberal. And he's far more fiscally conservative than Hunter.
Maybe that's why Hunter isn't even showing up in a lot of polls.
From what I can discern from the Republican choices listed in the Boston Globe via AP/Ipso, Hunter was not included. http://www.boston.com/news/politics/2008/polls/president_poll/
I think major newspapers and pollsters are going to start dropping off the 1% candidates. If they haven't made headway in what, 3 months or so, they're not going to make headway.
If that was what it was, they'd vote for Hillary or Obama. But don't let the facts get in the way of a good storyline.
Rudy is all those things I listed above. Except I left out that he supports civil unions and gays in the military.
Hunters voted for every tax cut since Reagan's first term. I seem to recall rudy not supporting some of those. He's a conservative allright.
The woman who has done my nails for 20 years likes Rudy. She has guessed right all that time.
Or is it lemmings? LOL
What horse feathers again. Are you unable to tell the truth? Rudy cut taxes 23 times in NYC.
I need to leave so I'll leave the lurkers with this to counter-act some of your little canards that Rudy is a liberal and Hunter (who can't get 2% to save his life) is the perfect conservative.
Reagan appointed Rudy as his #3 man at Department of Justice.
Rudy was pleased to win the Ronald Reagan Freedom Award.
At the Reagan Library Gift Shop, all but 3 of the books sold under the "Ronald Reagan Book" section are about Reagan himself or presidential modes of transportation.
Rudy Giuliani's book Leadership is one of those 3 books.
The other 2 are written by Reagan's son and McCaslin.
Indeed, in one recent poll, majorities of Republicans who were informed of Giulianis views on social issues said that they were either minor issues or no issues at all; only 16% said that they wouldn't vote for him after being informed of these views.
In the online GOP Bloggers poll, Giuliani is consistently one of the few candidates to end up with a net positive acceptability rating. These internet denizens are well-informed, and overwhelmingly self-describe as conservative (78% self-describe as 7 or higher on a 10-scale of conservatism). If these people can support Rudy, anyone can.
Human Events, Is Giuliani the Republican Peyton Manning,

I don't think so. Women tend to be moe anti-abortion then men. It's alot of factors. Maybe they like they way he treats women.
>>>Or is it lemmings? LOL
Hey, you put chicks in the title, not rats!
Sam Brownback would support Rudy as presidential nominee, but thinks that he (Brownback) will enter race.

The Rudy Giuliani Exploratory Committee today announced that Congressman Pete Sessions and former Congresswoman Susan Molinari are supporting Mayor Rudy Giuliani to be the next President of the United States. (Sessions has a 98% lifetime conservative rating)

"If that was what it was, they'd vote for Hillary or Obama. But don't let the facts get in the way of a good storyline."
Rudy has the exact same position on abortion as hillary and obama.
So when Arafat was in town for a U.N. conference and showed up uninvited to a concert at the Lincoln Center's Avery Fisher Hall, the mayor knew exactly what to do. He kicked him out.
The incident caused an uproar. Former mayor Ed Koch declared that "Giuliani has behavioral problems," and the Clinton administration was angered at Giuliani's boldness. Giuliani, however, was not swayed. "My only regret," he told an aide, "was that I didn't throw him out myself." Actions like this earned Giuliani the ire of Democrats everywhere in the '90s.
