That "blackmail" is how voting works. People are allowed to choose who they will vote for, you know.
I'm familiar with the ins and outs of politics, I was fortunate to learn about politics at a very early age when most kids watch cartoons and play video games, and I have both of my parents to thank for it. So your comment is misplaced - I didn't broach how people vote or which candidate they choose, only the heavy handed rhetoric of a petulant minority.
