How about the Wheel of Misfortune?
It's something I cooked up a long time ago. You take a big wheel, divide it into pie slices with a creative punishment written on each slice. You shackle the perp to the wheel, and spin it up to high speed. Where it stops, that's the punishment they get.
But don't spin it up too much, because centripedal force might get too much for the perp's system to handle, and you end up with the Pinwheel of Splattery Doom.
