There's abit more fishy then just the german authorities.
I believe in anything that involves ignorance in connection with german medical doctors or officials. Or let's make that officials.
But in this case a propper court was involved.

There is no evidence of that. If the government had more issues, they wouldn't have said that the family could be reunited if they enrolled their children in public school.
