Well, I'm disappointed in them. They stooped. The problem is, most people won't question their motive.

Love it. Just proves the man has presence. Watch out for the debates! No one is better at putting things into words than Duncan Hunter. http://www.gohunter08.com

They are in the tank for Rudy, I think.

Makes sense. Back the homeboy. The thing that worries me most is that I'm afraid unless Mitt or Duncan get the nod we'll see many conservatives sitting it out.

Mitt, Hunter, Brownback, Thompson, Newt, Huckabee all would not alienate conservatives. Only two real lemons: McCain and Rudy.

I'm talking about abortion. Only Mitt might make it there, if the flip-flop is overlooked or forgiven.

Of the "big three" only Mitt could possibly get some consideration from me. At least he flopped the right way, unlike Rudy.

What will you do if Rudy gets the nod? Vote Libertarian? I can't stomach Ralph Nader.

I'll do you one better

You'll see many conservatives finally leave the party for good.

And go where? The Conservative Pissant Party?

Works for me!

On your list of those who would not alienate Conservatives, Brownback is pro amnesty and voted against the surge and Huckabee same views.
They are not core conservatives.
Libertarian wing nuts like Ron Paul are anti war.

Huckabee and Brownback would have some issues, but have enough conservative cred to back track a bit from boneheaded things in the past and be forgiven. Paul I did not include, because he is a libertarian.

Hunter has no backtracking to do, and he never, ever mealy mouths an answer.

Beats me, but I personally will no longer have the RNC tell me to just sit down and shut up after they get my vote/money/support.

They can stuff it where the sun don't shine.

Conservative pissant party works for me too lol.

I know. I sent them $75 last year and they call me almost every day now.

It hacks me off that McCain and W both sent me questionnaires that really only tell me their positions. I three both of them away. I won't give the party a cent with tactics like that.

Living in San Diego with the Mexican border around 20 miles south from where I am sitting, anyone for amnesty
is the same as voting for a liberal democrat.

I haven't sent them a thing since 2006 and I refuse to start until the party "elites" are gone or begin doing what their base demands of them.

Far as I'm concerned the RNC should resign en masse and go work for the DNC.

There's not much difference.
