He touched you, and verbally yealled at you. Technically thats assault. Call the cops! It's assault and battery, and under the circumstances is grounds for employing force in self defense. Even lethal force.

California long since ceased to be a "sane" state. Hence my move out to "conservative" New England (NH). Even here we have our fair share of moonbats--we even just put one into office (Che-Porter).
