It would be instructive to know the Clinton Library's status as an organization (nonprofit, private etc), and the impact that has on their legal obligations to provide requested documents.

It's not that they're stonewalling, it just takes some time to retrieve the documents since they have them in rusty file cabinets behind the private video booths and the DVD sections.
Oh, and the sticky floors aren't helping either.
