The guy lost his job. Not a reprimand, not a forced leave, he lost his job over a single, undocumented, alleged, generalized, and genuinely funny, ethnic joke.

The professor, orchestrated the firing by e-mails while ensconsed in her privileged (tenureship) position at Skidmore, completely undamaged by the alleged "joke".

CAIR issues a press release clearly cheering the outcome, taking credit for emboldening thin skinned over reactions by Muslims to the least schoolyard insult, and obviously intending to intimidate anyone from making fun of their protected class and anti social practices (e.g. Sharia Law).

The tour bus amounts to a common carrier with narration. You can't safely do ethnic jokes as a driver of one. The muslims are thin skinned, so is practically every other group. CAIR has learned to use the tactics of other minority groups. If the bus company wants to fire him for that joke they are within their rights. He certainly could have been fired if it was a Black or Jewish or other joke.

If, on the other hand, the driver didn't do the joke he should sue them.
