we need o'reilly's body language expert to analyze pelley... shaking his head "no" the whole time he's asking questions... According to NLP practice, this could be a leading action, in other words, you use visual responses to lead the person responding to the question. If it is actual NLP, it is worse than simply body language because he is purposefully effecting the interview through psychological techniques.
