I thought I gave that nickname to Christopher Dodd. Actually I called his office about 8 years ago and ask them just what is his problem, and said I thought he looked and acted like a fat Fop. They were none too pleased, but could not dispute he acted like a Dandy (Fop) from Jolly old Ct.
