I just feel so damn beaten down lately. We've got this latest thing on firing the attorneys and J Kerry of all people is out pontificating about this. He said, in response to the interviewer's query re why it's so different when Clinton did the same thing. Kerry responded "Two wrongs don't make a right" and now I know there is just no hope. They are even admitting into our lying ears that they apply two standards and let that be that.

I watched this Val Plame LIE under oath mind you. I've been tracking this Joe Wilson thing since the beginning of time and I'm not proud to say I understand it all. This Plame/Wilson thing is the most splendiferous piece of truth manipulation this planet has ever seen.

And before our amazing eyes it goes on. We've no less than the Justice Department, CIA and State all in on that Plame thing and though we've all learned the truth long ago, amazingly it goes on and on. I think the flap about the firings of the prosecutors was meant to be whipped up this week BECAUSE of the Plame hearings. All to create an air of dishonesty and partisan politics in front of the busy electorate....even the judicial system is biased due to White House interference. And you don't think they would pick on innocent Babe Valerie, or so say the well-trained pundits and partisan hacks.

They've lied about the Iraq "surge", they've wasted endless time and money taking votes to make us lose the war.

I could go on and on but the upshot is that we've got major enemies WITHIN our own congress and they get away with it over and over and over again.

I'm weary and if I think I'm losing Rush...or Laura Ingrahm say, who I also really like, then I'm really at the end of my rope.

But I am not alone. I have this past week talked to and attended meetings with so many of the GOP and almost all are weary of how spineless our party has become.

I really ought to tell you guys the run-in I had with a Mike Castle aid. Well sure Mike Castle would send a representative to a Republican meeting in Delaware, what was I thinking?

And she really got an earful......

Don't get down, Spring is almost there. I believe that all of the Rats crap that their spewing is ticking off the electorate. They do not want to hear constant bitching and bellyaching about every single thing. It is overkill, and especially when you look at Chucky Schumer sounding Gay, acting like an old maid complaining about every single thing under the Sun, but never a word about the Criminals he hired, and his illegal behavior. This is not lost on the electorate, they did not hire this group of Girly Men and Thuggish women to bring down our Country. The rats think that they were given carte blanche and they could not be more wrong. It was Pubbies that mostly defeated Pubbies, but they have learned their lesson by now.

It's a bad law- always was. But Fred's current approach is interesting:

Conceding that McCain-Feingold hasn't worked as intended, and is being riddled with new loopholes, he throws his hands open in exasperation. "I'm not prepared to go there yet, but I wonder if we shouldn't just take off the limits and have full disclosure with harsh penalties for not reporting everything on the Internet immediately."

I hope he runs:)

No matter how good someone looks at this moment, especially since the rest of the field is not exciting we have to remember that Thompson was rolled and rolled really bad by John Glenn in those hearings about the Chinese money and the Clintons.

I remember well. It was one of the first in a continuing series of times that Republicans have disappointed by not speaking up for themselves. Prior to that fiasco, I thought he would be the next president.

On the set of Law and Order, I am sure that all workers are yes sirring Thompson all over the place. That is not how the DBM and 'rats will treat him if he thinks he can run for President.

Some of you laddies are too sensitive. Q.e.d.

And some of you ladies are just a tad overwrought and subject to emotional, rather than rational, reactions.  Quod erat demonstrandum

(Oh, am I doomed??!!!!!!!) <g>

This strikes me as more about a general anger at men, all men, than any kind of reasoned look at what Rush said (or didn't say).  And this "girl talk" solidarity is just so much excuse for sexist bigotry.

(Doomed, I say... destined to rot in hell and scorn... please don't tell my wife)

Yikes! That is a steep bill. I can understand the appeal, though.

Too bad there isn't a disability called Buyitonamazonitis. You would be able to get a doctor's note.

:-) It's fine once it's cleared away, but in the meanwhile, going up and down hills on the back roads is like the little engine that could. LOL except it's a car.

I bet there were special interest group lawyers having loophole parties while it was still in process.

&&&&&&

The DNC was planning how to get around their poor bank account as the legislation was being enacted. They were in terrible shape after the 2000 election, and changed lots of methods of fundraising purely because of the CFR.

Trick is not to get down. That is the whole goal of the rats, we don't want to play into their hands.

Well I'm not going to respond to your bait about sexism. I'm moving on.

I will take this opportunity to tell you my Mike Castle story. Mike Castle is a RINO Rep who is President of the Main Street Republicans...paid for by Soros.

Now I've often read you folks going on about RINOS and why do states keep electing them. And I've learned a bit about how it all goes down via Mike Castle, Delaware's ONLY Rep in the House.

Two years ago Castle voted AGAINST drilling in ANWR. This angered me, his constituent. I complained to the Republican party and they said they NEEDED Mike Castle. So I voted for him.

Just recently, Castle voted in FAVOR on federal funding for embronic stem cell research.

Folks, there's just no reason for this, no reason at all. Embryonic stem cell research is in no way, shape or form ANY issue that a Republican would endorse. First, pubbies should be discouraging the spending of federal monies. Second, pubbies should be going FAR away from any sort of experimentation on embryos.

So when is enough, enough? I forgave him ANWR although there was no excuse for it...drilling on our own land for God's sake, and no caribou would have cared a whit.

But voting to take my tax dollars to grow a handsome embryo somewhere so we can harvest its parts?

Nope, for ME, THIS was the line. RINO Castle overstepped it.

Of course I was not alone. Almost every other nobody pubbie like me who bothered to attend the meeting came specifically TO COMPLAIN about Mike Castle. Yet the Republican party tells us...."please, we NEED Mike Castle."

Well I no longer NEED Mike Castle no more than I've vote for Hitler if he was a Republican. Dear Lord, we all have some limit on who we'll put in power, don't we? Don't we?

So Castle's Aid was there and she read all of us Sussex county herding cat Republicans the riot act. "It's best to give a little," she told us angry ones, "in order to please the ENTIRE state."

So how is the entire state pleased when I, for one, am damned unhappy?

We have a line, folks. One by one by one these Republicans keep crossing the line. I've made my decision....I'd rather the party be OUT of power than to be IN power to keep a selected few fat and happy. In neither case am I all that happy but at least with the hypocrites OUT of power I can yap, nip and nag at the party IN power.

She wasn't happy, folks and it wasn't just me beating her up. There's a grass-roots upheaval going on across the land and who knows, maybe it'll lead to good things.

It's not too late to win using this issue. Rs could campaign to strike out eminent domain by amending it out of the Constitution.

All in the goal to impeach the President. Because Clinton was impeached, the loony left is still seething and demands the same of W.

Or at least the Clintons demand it and Pelosi and Murtha would be happy to oblige. If they could.
