What the peaceniks never seem to get, is handing yourself and everything you love over to the enemy is never peace.
I can only surmise that the wildly skewed definition of "peace" as seen by the anti-war folks, has more to do with a way of life devoted to drugs, drink, sex, rock and roll, and much later in life, remorse at their wasted youth.
Those who understand what Peace really means, and the daily cost, in sacrifice, of money, time, effort, youth, and blood, will always stand as an unappreciated memorial to those who don't or won't believe that you can't negotiate Peace.
