By all accounts the Vermont legislators were entirely approving of the spectacle of sixth graders fed foie gras style, delivering their pavlovian inspired environmental gore-vomit on the marbled floors of the Vermont state house. Darn good analysis of the phenomenon of leftist worship at the alter of psuedo science.

Personally, what offends me most is not their religious fervor, but rather the deeply rooted psychopathy and perverse cruelty that underlies spoonfeeding supersticious and malignant notions of the world, as science, to twelve year olds.

Even if I was persuaded or agnostic on this issue of anthropogenic global warming, I would hesitate to be involved in the indoctrination of twelve year olds in an emerging topic of scientific concern.

It is especially offensive that the culprit in our 21 century version of the Salem witch trials (I think more analogous than mere religion), is of all things the evil CO2 molecule. No doubt the little kiddies have nightmares of squads of Toxic Suited men driving muncipal vehicles with flashing emergency lights breaking into their homes (BRAZIL) to round up unauthorized escapees of this dangerous substance. Good forbid one comes in contact with the offending compound, quite surely it would produce CO2 leprosy which might spread as the CO2 plague.
