Day care center seeks help from ghost-buster

Employees of a day care center in northern Norway have long been bothered by what they're convinced are evil spirits. They've called in a local pastor to help get rid of them.

The staff at the Bymyra day care center in Tromsø have been talking about the unusual occurrences at the children's facility for months. They've heard strange voices and had the feeling that someone is in the room with them.

They've also felt someone touching them, tousling their hair or grabbing at their hands.

"I don't dare stay in the day care center (called barnehagen in Norwegian) alone in the evening," one of the employees told local newspaper Nordlys.

"Several of us have been chased up and down the hall. It''s as if someone is following us."

The day care center is housed in a former nursing home. It plans to move to new quarters in September.

Until then, though, the workers and the children need to stay there, so they're calling in help. The leader of day care centers in the area, Anne Britt Johansdatter, says she's taking the staff concerns seriously.

"We're working on it," she said. "We've contacted a pastor. They have their own liturgy for such things."

Plans call for the pastor to visit the troubled day care center next week.

The evil distilled spirits are naturally to be displaced by the good ones. I do not know what kind of swill they have been imbibing, but for the beginning they could switch to the Absolut from neighboring Sweden.

Old nursing home eh? Maybe a grampa ghost is haunting the place to try to possess one of the children so that he may be young again and no longer shall cold sheep's blood flow through his ghostly veins?

I'm no ghostbuster but that is my theory.

For skeptics, Borely Rectory in Britain is reputed to be the most haunted site on the face of the earth.

Here is a photo which caused quite a stir in the early 1960s , called, The Floating Brick and secondly one of a ghost in the upper right hand quadrant of the photo taken at the rectory grave yard.

Perhaps the Norway school will also be added to the list of the unexplained.Only the shadow knows, Buahahahahahaha!

Sounds like the first scene of a Scooby Doo episode.

Actually, it sounds like all of them.

For God's sake, don't call a priest, it will only get worse.
