When his son was shot and they began to negotiate he should have sent out his wife and daughter...period, no if ands or buts. He didnt. His wife was hit when they shot through the door or wall at him. Your a fool if you think they would have tried to shoot his wife on purpose.

I agree the charges most certainly didnt warrant the force used. I further think they should have just backed off and waited after his son was hit. Im sure you think you are aware of "facts" that Im not. But Weavers story is just as full of BS. He wasnt an simple quiet man trying to live out his life without electricity and water.
