Happy St. Patrick's Day!
gpapa ^ | March 17, 2007 | Self

Posted on 03/17/2007 7:25:07 AM PDT by gpapa

May the road rise to meet you,

May the wind be always at your back,

May the sun shine warm upon your face,

May the rain fall soft upon your fields,

And until we meet again,

May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

"For all of us with an Irish heritage."

Glad you put it that way. There are no "hyphen" Americans!

Descendant from County Cork [O'Connor]. According to my grandmother (loooong departed), came over during the Potato Famine.

Like the rest (most) of the Irish here :-)

May the road rise to meet you,

That's what happens when you've had too many green beers! I love St. Patrick's day.

My father grew up on a farm outside of Cahirciveen, in County Kerry. (He was number 14 out of 15 children.)

My parents came to this country 50 years ago.

No, no 'Bummer'.

John eFFen 'Kerry' isn't Irish. His 'real name' is Kohn and he's Bohemian.
