After spending a month at the Mayo Clinic, Kennedy pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of prescription drugs and was re-elected to a seventh term in NovemberGood Ol New England. Unfortunately, Kennedy was released from Rehab in time for St. Patty's Day.
If you live in Boston, do not drive. I repeat do not drive.

..so, the left calls Rush everything from a drug abuser, to a stoner, to a junkie for being hooked on the same thing.. how do you think they will treat Swimmer Jr?

he acknowledged being hesitant to admit his addictions publicly because he said he felt ashamed. But then decided to go on the Today show and tell millions of people.

Yeah, unregulated Kennedys make driving in New England dangerous on St Paddies Day (and the other 364 days a year):

Quick, suppoena Patrick's medical records and see if he was doctor shopping, then prosecute him!
(It was good enough for Rush, after all.)

So what we are saying here...is that the dude was heavily under the influence of drugs when he voted on dozens...if not hundreds...of bills? Perhaps a suggestion...but I'd like to have a urine test set up for one politican in DC...each day. Once notified...you have two hours to show up for a test...and if you fail to show...you have your voting rights denied for fifteen days of the session...and you can't appear on any talk-show or news episode for the same amount of time.

I can't say I blame him. That OxyContin is some pretty good stuff! Being addicted to it isn't a problem as long as you don't run out. :p

Quick, suppoena Patrick's medical records and see if he was doctor shopping, then prosecute him!Laws are NEVER applied to democrats.
To: Lance Romance
Which is crazier? Patches for thinking he is suitable to be a lawmaker, with all of his mental, physical, emotional, and moral problems, or the public that keeps putting him back in office?

Rep. Patrick Kennedy said Friday he sought treatment for an addiction to the painkiller
OxyContin months before wrecking his car outside the U.S. Capitol last year.
