Middle Schoolers act terrible on the bus. They curse like old saliors, kick like mules and don't listen to anyone in authority.
Being a School Bus Driver is worst than being in Gitmo. Imagine a Jihadist trying to win over the kids. The kids are in gangs, listen to their awful music and the girls look like sl@ts. As soon he starts telling the kids to put their IPods and cell phones away ...they will beat him up!
The ones who stay with the district lose their hearing from all the screaming.

That is why they would not pick an inner city school bus. More likely would be a bus for a suburban middle class type of school. I hate to say it but that would resonate with more evening news watchers.
If terrorists want anything it is news coverage.
