What? It guess it depends. If the operative is actually covert (unlike Plame) and lives are put in danger and someone *knowingly* outs this covert agent, then it is a pretty serious offense I would think. The facts in this case don't bear that out, however. I guess, I don't understand your question. If you're implying I am saying that this case is worse than what Berger did then your assumption is false. I would never make any excuses for what Sandy Burglar did. I think he should be in jail.

OK, I admit it, lugsoul, I am a bit biased.
