I do not believe that the word covert has the legal meaning that is needed to make revealing her identity a crime. The Republicans need to ask her if she was specifically covered by the act (name it) that makes revealing her identity a crime. They are too busy apologizing for non-criminal acts to study up on important topics. Thanks to all of you who are watching.
