OPINION-SPECULATION: I don't know what the search warrant contains, but this is interesting -- unknown if it is related to the search warrant.

Press Release Addressing Recent Reports Regarding
The Cargo Industry

Over the past several days, there have been media
reports related to possible illegal price fixing in the
air cargo industry by over a dozen major airlines based
in mult iple countries. In connection with this matter,
on February 14, 2006, U.S. federal agents visited our
New York office and interviewed one of our employees. In
addition, this employee was handed a “subpoena to testify
before a grand jury,” the primary purpose of which is
to require us to produce documents to the Department of
Justice. Furthermore, we understand that, on February 17,
2006, a purported class action law suit related to possible
illegal price fixing in the air cargo industry was filed
against 22 airlines, including us, by a purported
class of purchasers of air cargo services.

We are currently in the process of collecting further
information with respect to these events and determining
what actions, if any, to be taken.

Just back from 4-day RON in Guangzhou and HKG. Was on ANA part way (first class on AMEX points.) Great ride. It wasn't Singapore Airline, but what is?

What's problem with ANA????????

PS new Hong Kong sux. Jimmy's Kitchen sux. Place is great for wholesale business, but retail sux.

Macao used to be a 11 sq mile gambling den and whore house. They tore down the whore houses to build beautiful, modern gambling dens! It's a shame!
