And the Pinkos have announced an early start time – 6:00 PM – so be there at 5:30 with flags and signs, ready to FReep in our permit-protected, higher-profile area at the gates of Walter Reed, Georgia Avenue and Elder Sts NW. Park on the street to the east of Georgia Avenue.
