When I was in high school, I had a dream that a 727 airliner crashed on takeoff from Manchester. In my dream, the plane was taking off from Manchester, NH (where I'm from). The dream really shook me up but wasn't terribly uncommon for me as I used to have airplane crash dreams all the time. In English class the next day, I told my best friend about the dream. When I got home that night, I turned on the news and saw that a 727 crashed on takeoff from Manchester, England earlier that day. I immediately called my best friend and told her the news. We were both totally spooked. This same friend, many years later, was scheduled to be on TWA Flight 800 but missed the flight. Eerie.
