The largest campaign finance fraud in U.S. history goes unnoticed
Does the media have any backbone to question Hillary about her latest scandal from her 2000 Senate campaign that still is unresolved?
Haven’t you heard about it? It’s only the largest campaign finance fraud in U.S. history which Hillary seems to have threatened the media from talking about.
While Hillary has started her "Conversation with America Tour", no one in the media has dared to bring up her involvement in this ongoing case. She has been given a free pass by both the media, and the Senate Ethics committee that has refused to even hear this case. So much for cleaning up the culture of corruption, as promised by Nancy Pelosi.
A brief was filed on January 11, 2007, in a civil fraud case which alleges Sen. Hillary Clinton engaged in criminal misconduct, citing a violation of federal code that carries a possible five-year prison sentence.
Businessman mogul Peter Paul alleges the New York Democrat solicited and accepted his illegal contribution of more than $1 million and falsified statements to the Federal Election Commission.
Paul's latest brief is an appeal pertaining to his civil fraud suit claiming former president Bill Clinton destroyed his company, Stan Lee Media, to get out of a multi-million dollar deal in which the former president promised to promote the firm in exchange for Paul's large contributions to Sen. Hillary Clinton's 2000 campaign.
Peter Paul says he was asked by the Clintons’ and their operatives to pay for a lavish Hollywood gala and fund-raiser prior to the 2000 election. This gala eventually cost approximately $2 million.
Key leaders of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), including DNC Chair Ed Rendell, DNC Convention and DNC Chair Terry McAuliffe, DNC California Regional Chair Stephanie Berger, and former White House Deputy Chief of Staff Harold Ickes recruited businessman Peter Paul as a major donor to the DNC. They induced Paul to underwrite, host and produce fundraising events for the campaigns of Al Gore and Hillary Clinton in order to pursue his efforts to hire Bill Clinton when he left the White House. They then conspired with the Clintons to hide Paul's various contributions from the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and the public, and obstructed the Federal investigation that led to the indictment of Hillary Clinton's finance director David Rosen.
Paul had become the largest admitted personal donor to one federal candidate in the history of US elections. Between March and July of 2001, no word of Paul’s revelations reached the Ashcroft Justice Department. In July, when Paul finally began direct dialog with Attorney General Ashcroft and his then Chief of the Criminal Division, Michael Chertoff, Paul’s allegations were broadcast in an exclusive interview with ABC 20/20 "Investigative Reporter" Brian Ross, on July 13, 2001, Paul was threatened by a covert FBI operative who was being protected by the FBI.
The battle lines were now drawn. The Clintons had the media, US Attorneys they had appointed, Justice Department and FBI investigators, CIA/FBI covert operatives and high priced Washington legal "hit squad" attorneys arrayed against Peter Paul who had the determination to hold the Clintons accountable for what they did to him, the voters of New York and ultimately the American people.
Paul was represented by the Conservative legal foundation Judicial Watch who quickly mobilized more than 60,000 concerned Americans who contributed to Paul’s whistleblowing efforts and sent petitions to General Ashcroft to allow Paul to state his case in the US instead of burying him in Brazil under the pretext of a contested extradition.
From August, 2001, when Paul was detained in Brazil under the US extradition warrant for his New York 10(b)5 violation indictment, effectively prohibiting his return to the US until September, 2003, Paul battled the Clintons from a succession of Brazilian dungeons. Bill Clinton traveled to Brazil shortly after Paul was detained there in fall of 2001 and spent an entire day in the US Embassy. There after the Embassy allowed an American cellmate of Paul’s to be tortured by Brazilian federal officials and allowed Paul to be transferred to the worst maximum security state prison in Brazil.
In an attempt to protect the Clintons, Mr. Noel Hillman, the Chief Justice Department official responsible for investigating and prosecuting public corruption by elected and appointed public officials, has prevented the Attorney General for prosecuting any politically related crime without the recommendation from the Chief of the Public Integrity Office.
The same Noel Hillman who supervised the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s 2000 campaign finance frauds from 2001-2005, and indicted and prosecuted the lowest level functionary in Hillary’s campaign, finance director David Rosen, pinning the rap on him to protect Hillary and Bill Clinton’s role in the affair, has now been outed by the Chairman of the House Oversight and Govt Reform Committee as a partisan protector of the Sandy Berger- Bill Clinton conspiracy to erase the truth about their mishandling of pre 9-11 Osama Bin Laden - Al Qaeda threats.
"This is the first time a court of competent jurisdiction – not a grand jury or prosecutor – will be reviewing a charge of criminal conduct against Hillary Clinton," Paul said. He also stated that Sen. Clinton’s attorney, David Kendall has until March 15, 2007 to respond to the brief.
Hillary’s fate now lies in the hands of three judges. If the court does find Sen. Clinton engaged in criminal conduct, the finding would not compel the FEC to take action, but it would be very persuasive, and the FEC could refer the case to the attorney general for a criminal indictment.
If the judges rule Hillary engaged in illegal conduct to deny her protection of the Anti-SLAPP law, there is a potential this could ruin Clinton's Presidential ambitions.
Paul is also working on a documentary called "The Fraudulent Senator" which will be out in the next few months.
the other day, i heard Roseanne Barr on a Howard Sterns show saying that she was wanting to set up a foundation for kids and that Hillary had given her the name of someone who could help her greatly. she said she found out the guy was in prison for fraud, when she finally got around to looking him up

Barak Obama and John Edwards also have troubles with campaign finance regulations. (especially Barak and the Chicago political machine)

The Clintons could give the Mob some tips on how to operate. If this evil witch gets away with this, it will be beyond belief. I think all the Republicans have been COMPROMISED.

I've sent, during the past year, news about this to Drudge several times; not a peep. I thought that the "guy who broke the Lewensky Scandal" would be on top of this (no pun intended), but maybe he lives too close to Ft. Marcy Park....
The Clintons (& the Dems) have many people in their pockets, not the least of which are the media and corrupt judges. And they are always envolved in activities they accuse others of.
Listen to what they say, and I bet they are doing it themselves.
When they accuse the Republicans of corruption, W. Jefferson takes bribes. When they accuse Republicans of voter fraud, the stuff the ballot boxes with dead people. When they call the Military "baby killers", they are the ones who promote abortion.
And no one calls them on it.
