Actually the dems will want him transported to New York for a trial. Since the right of 3,000 Americans are not being used, they will demand he gets to use themI'm fine with that. He'll get a fair trial before we hang him.

They kicked him into a room with Helen and a large bed. The confessions came shortly afterward.Worst. They put Helen's underwear over his head...

The bomb maker, Yasin, came to the US on an Iraqi passport, bombed the World Trade Center, and fled to Baghdad, where he lived freely for 10 years. Documents recovered since the fall of Baghdad show that Yasin was in fact on Saddam's payroll for the 10 years he lived there.
It has everything to do with Saddam.

I did a quick survey of the "mainstream media" and how they are carrying this on the web sites:
ABC: Breaking NewsBreaking News U.S. MILITARY RELEASES A TRANSCRIPT OF A HEARING IN WHICH KHALID SHEIKH MOHAMMED CONFESSES TO THE SEPT. 11 ATTACKS
CBS: Transcript: Alleged 9/11 Plotter Confesses
CNN: Transcript: Gitmo detainee confesses to 9/11 (not the headline story)
MSNBC: Transcript: 9/11 leader confesses (Not the headline story)
FNC: Terror Confession: Khalid Sheikh Mohammed admits planning 9/11, assassination attempts on Carter, Clinton, Pope
Just wanted to get a quick capture of how the web sites were telling this breaking story. Both CNN and MSNBC have it sidelined, ABC, CBS, and FNC have it as their headline story with big pic of the terrorist. However, CBS uses the word "alleged".

If we didn't have a 'real leader' KSM wouldn't be at GITMO.
Unless, of course, you think YOU would do a better job at capturing and killing terrorists. LOL!
(You guys make me laugh......)

I'd like to see those documents if you can provide a link either to them or to a news report on them.
Thanks.

Also, just a quick correction: Yasin came to the US on a US passport. He was born in Bloomington, Indiana and used that fact to obtain a passport from the US embassy in Amman, Jordan.

I wonder if this is some sort of scheme to get us to think Bin Laden had nothing to do with any of these events, so we would back off from hunting him down (since we're now seeming to close in on him).
I'm a little suspicious about this sudden revelation.

"So.....excuse me for asking a silly question, but what about Bin Laden? "
Khalid was the COO. Osama is still the CEO/CFO if he's among the living. Osama pointed him in our direction and Khalid laid out the plan.

What did they use to crack him..red hot chili peppers, Brittney what was it? Maybe listening to Gore.....
These were indeed torturous but it was Hillary Rodham O'Hara's "I don't feel no ways tired...I've come too far from where I started from..." that got him to spill his guts.

And does this mean we actually have captured the guy behind 9/11 then, so the dems can stfu now? He was captured 4 years ago.
To: Laverne
Thanks, Laverne. Ace reporting.

"Why would it be? It's in the administration's interest to release that sort of information."
Maybe. But timing is everything. There may be some good reasons to hold back on all that Khalid said.

"This presents a real dilemna for the moonbats."
That assumes moonbats are thoughtful enough to realize the dilemma. Cindy Sheehan, for example, never will.
