Then you haven't been on many of the rudy threads where there's just crickets when we ask questions of substance. Notice no one says anything about the video I posted?

This is a social conservative website, and the rudophiles are pushing a social liberal on us. It's especially bad manners to be asking a false dilemma question like "who would you vote for, rudy or Hildebeast" AND they don't answer the questions we put forth. Why don't they go & start their own social liberal website where they can feel like they're under attack from socons who go over & argue with them? It reminds me of people who immigrate to this country and then denigrate it, saying how great their old country was. If it was so great, they wouldn't be here, that says volumes. So where is this great RINO rudy website in the sky that we can send the kool-aid drinkers to? Oh, I know, I'm getting used to the answer... crickets.

No, I have read most I just don't pipe-in on all of them. IMHO the threads follow a predictable pattern that ultimately ends up in a flame war over who is, or isn't, a good conservative. I tend to never make fun of anyone else's candidate but I have taken a few shots at what I considered to be hypocrisy in the arguments and the way they are presented.

I guess the problem I have with the Rudy flaming really has no solution. I.e., if someone didn't witness first-hand what he achieved in NYC, and the battles that were fought to get there, they really can't ever understand who he is. The reporting just can't, or won't, communicate that to folks in the heartland or Left Coast. I see Rudy supporters try to communicate the above in the threads but as I said it's just not something you can put into words and have people truly understand.

I also tend to be a "big tent" ideology subscriber. There's a lot of stuff I don't like in Rudy's record but my core issues are met. So to each his own. I'll pull the "R" lever either way on election day.
